Notify your Housing Association
Before you can sell your house, you need to notify your Housing Association. Each Housing Association has a slightly different process - you can find it on their website.
Get a RICS valuation
Instruct a chartered surveyor to determine the sale value of your property. This will determine how much your share can be sold for. This RICS valuation is only valid for 3 months so make sure this is up to date!
Get photos
Get a professional photographer to show your property in its best light. Properties with professional photos sell 32% faster than those without.
Get an EPC
All properties advertised in the UK must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If you don't have a valid EPC, we can help you arrange one.
